What does healthy mean to you? Healthy to me means, talking a little time each day to breathe life into yourself!  So many of us mommas carry a heavy load, we wear ten different hats in a day and spin sixteen plates all at a time. It can be exhausting, rewarding or defeating, everyone seems to handle things differently. Breathing life into yourself looks different for everyone.

Some people want to go for a walk and relax, some want to crank up the music and pumped some weights (this is me) others want to spend some time on pinterest finding a new healthy recipe that the whole family will like, some want to get lost in a good book, others just dream of naps.

In the midst of a busy life and a potential slump, your health usually suffers. This is where I come into play!  I help you figure out what it looks like to take time for yourself and have a change in the way you think, eat, workout, etc. It's like I help you "reshape it all" I don't know what your slump feels like or what it is you are looking for, but this is what I do. I come along side you and help fill in the gaps, I offer personal training and local fitness classes. I sell Advocare products to help you look better, feel better or have more energy.  I help you plan menus, set goals, and set you up with a daily mind makeover and coach you through your days!

Here's what you need to know when you are in the midst of a slump with your health. Maybe you are wanting to lose weight, get rid of your pop or coffee addiction, have more energy for your kiddos or just looking to be happier, eat healthier and have NO idea where to start. You are trying to make lifestyle changes and it's not easy. It requires dedication, self discipline and work, but if you don't have that to offer yourself you will be scrounging for something new to latch onto everyday.

I CAN help you make the appropriate steps to a healthier happier you! You can't just wish for change you HAVE TO WORK FOR CHANGE! You deserve to be the BEST! Believe that about yourself and let's link arms together and see what's holding you back!
