Join Carver County Parks in partnership with the Minnetonka Community Education for the Minnewashta Mud Run on July 13, 2024.
This adventurous course is 3.4-miles total and is composed of a 1.7-mile loop done twice, where you have the option to end after one loop. It will include fun, safe and family-friendly obstacles for all ages! Even little ones can take part in the fun quarter-mile Mini Mud Run! The Chanhassen Fire Department will be there to hose you off at the finish.
Event will feature;
- Exciting Obstacles: Jump haystacks, venture the crazy maze, dive down the giant water slide and more!
- Outdoor Fun: When else do you have a perfect excuse to go outside and get muddy? We'll also have a children's DJ and other fun activities!
- Fun Prizes: Never mind your race time—Each participant will take home a special mud run t-shirt and medal!
- Great Food: Keep the fun going after your run! We'll have delicious food available for purchase to re-energize your day.
- MUD! And did we mention the mud??
Schedule of Events
- 8 a.m.: Registration and packet pick-up opens
- 8:30-11 a.m.: Fire Truck on site to hose off runners
- 8:30 a.m.: Mini Mud Run
- 9:15 a.m.: Minnewashta Mud Run – Runners Start

The current costs of $49 for adults and $19 for the Mini Mud Run will go up after July 6, 2024, so get your tickets now! Day-of registration will be available at the increased rate.
