CHAN DT MUSICAL THEATRE CAMPS - SEASON 2022
Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT) offers one of the finest summer musical theatre camp experiences for kids ages 5 - 18 with a variety of sessions offered from June 20 - August 5. Kids come together in a fun, nurturing environment to learn about voice, movement, costumes, scenery, stage combat, improv, and other fun things relating to the magical world of theatre. Chan OT Musical Theatre Camp is taught by professional members of the CDT acting company and design staff. Kids and teens are divided by age, and all experience levels are welcomed! Most sessions are half-days and last one week. In addition, there is one longer-day, week-long Teen Intensive Camp session (ages 15-18), and there is one longer-day, week-long "Build-a-Musical" sessions for students (ages 10 -16) where students build their own musical from the ground up! Returning by popular demand is KIDSTAR (ages 5- 7)! These week-long mini-camp sessions are designed specifically for little ones and are super fun! Session meets from 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday. No audition. Sessions limited to 40 students each.
