Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's 6.5 week, single-session program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Carver County Parks includes Baylor Regional Park, Lake Minnewashta Regional Park and Lake Waconia Regional Park situated on the lakes of Eagle, Minnewashta and Waconia. This department also manages sections of the Dakota Rail Regional Trail, Southwest Regional Trail, & Minnesota River Bluffs Regional Trail.

Children’s Theatre Company (CTC) is the nation’s largest and most acclaimed theatre for young people and serves a multigenerational audience. The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations.
